When verification is required
Verification must be approved before any withdrawal is paid. We may also request it earlier if account activity requires review.
What we ask for
Proof of identity and age, proof of address where required, and confirmation that the payout account belongs to you. Requirements can change with local regulations.
Review statuses
Your status will show as Not submitted, Pending, Approved, Rejected or More information required. You can track it on your account page.
Handling of documents
Documents are stored securely, accessed only by authorised reviewers, and every decision is written to an immutable audit log.
